Hall 6 vs. Hall 14

Under the scorching sun and strong windy conditions, Hall 6 put up a valiant fight against Hall 14.

In the beginning, hall 6 led the game with a score of 2-0. However as the game progressed, Hall 14 also stood up to the challenge. A fierce competition ensued. With lady luck on their side, it was unfortunate that several times as Hall 6 was close to scoring, with several of the hall 6 players on the bases, the ball was hit out of the 1st or 3rd baseline and was caught in air, translating to an out. A changeover in the procession then occurred. This, along with good showmanship on the part of hall 14, hall 14 soon managed to pull up their score. They caught up with Hall 6 and eventually pulled ahead in the score.

Despite the loss, both teams played hard and showed much sportsmanship and team spirit throughout the game.
