Darts
Day two’s games started very advantageously for the Hall 6 team. In the first game, we beat Hall 1 team with a score of 4 – 1. The Hall 6 members seemed quite confident against their components. Generally, this was an easy fight and the game ended within a much shorter time than the games followed.
With a stronger sense of confidence, Hall 6 darts team headed towards the next battle after fully recharged. This time the opponents were Hall 2. Although the battle became more difficult, with the previous victory, our players still showed their excellent skills with full composure. Finally, we won the round with another amazing 4 – 1 and successfully paved the way for the semi-finals.
It’d been quite free and easy until the moment when the semi-finals against Hall 9 came. At first, two of our three guys have taken the game quite smoothly, although the other didn’t manage to stop the opponent’s pace towards victory. While we were beginning to feel a little relaxed, one of the two girls in the field also finished her game with a shake of head. There was only one player remaining in the field and the score was 2 – 2. Nonetheless, the people who finally shouted out and jumped for joy were the Hall 9’s team.
It was a pity that we lost the semi-final with a regretful 2 – 3. But it is obvious that our team members all have impressive skills and a strong will and determination. Even though Hall 6 is unable to defend the Darts Champion this year, I believe we will surely make a comeback again next year.
