Hall 6 vs. Hall 10 (2 – 0)

The opponent is strong but nonetheless, our girls still scored a straight-set victory with two amazing 25-18.

1st set

The girls seemed to be in their best state of performance when the game started. Soon, we took the lead with a score of 16-7. However, the opponents also reinforced their offences and began to catch up bit by bit. It became more difficult and took longer time to score. When the score is at 22-10, our team members seemed a little bit lost and missed the ball several times. This gave the opponents the opportunity to catch up until 22-17, where our girls rallied their forces again and won the 1st set with a 25-18.

2nd set

The second set started with a very close point. Both teams spared no effort striving for the match. It was around 8-6 when we took the lead again. But this time, we didn’t give the opponents any chances to catch up. Each of our members showed their excellent skills of serving, attacking, defending and most importantly, their good teamwork. Finally, the game ended with another impressive score of 25-18.

After winning this game, our volleyball girls have paved the way towards the quarterfinals. All the best to our girls.
